Overview
With an aim towards articulating the role of coordinated entry systems (CES) in the identification, assessment, and connection to appropriate housing for youth and young adults; the CELC community focused on appropriate responses to youth identified as being at imminent risk of homelessness and homeless by other definitions. Call objectives included a discussion on the “why” and “what then” of a CES response, effective use of data to understand the need/gaps for this subpopulation of youth, and engagement of other systems and resources better situated to respond.
