Overview

Coordinated Entry Learning Collaborative (CELC) Cohort 2 kicked off in June 2018. This call included CELC foundational information, and most importantly, “community throwdowns.” Communities answered three questions in four minutes to help others get to know them:

1. Introduce your CELC team members and their role in Coordinated Entry Systems (CES)
2. Status of CES for young people in your community - what are two strengths?
3. Status of CES for young people in your community - what are two challenges?
