Overview
Communities are taking a hard look at their data through the community dashboard and seeing the need to more effectively manage their by-name list (BNL). BNLs are critical tools for moving young people through the system, but also informing larger system goals. They are complicated and complex; as a result, CELC participants requested that this call focus on the development and maintenance of by-name list policies and strategies. Pima County and Springfield-Hampden Counties dug deep into how they manage their by-name lists as two examples to consider.
