Specialized Services for Victims of Human Trafficking Applications

Recognizing that there are enduring service needs where a greater focus is needed, the Office of Victims of Crime invites applications that focus on a number of these identified services in order to fill significant gaps in services to assist all victims of severe forms of trafficking, including services for underserved or unserved populations.  Deadline: March 9, 2017 Read more »


YouthBuild 2017: FOA-ETA-17-03

The Employment and Training Administration announces the availability of approximately $80 million in grant funds for YouthBuild. WIOA further engages the YouthBuild program by making it a required One-Stop partner, providing the opportunity for YouthBuild to share its expertise in serving out-of-school youth. In Fiscal Year (FY) 2017, DOL hopes to award approximately 80 projects across the country. Individual grants will range from $700,000 to $1.1 million and require an exact 25 percent match from applicants, using sources other than federal funding. NOTE: Grantees who received funding from the FY 2016 YouthBuild competition [FOA-ETA-16-10] are funded through mid-February 2020, and these grantees (based on their unique Employer Identification Numbers) are not eligible to participate in this competition. Deadline: May 9, 2017

Domestic Violence Safe Housing Grants

Together with Sheltering Animals and Families Together (SAF-T), RedRover Domestic Violence Safe Housing grants enable organizations that provide emergency sheltering for victims of domestic violence to create space to house pets of domestic violence victims on-site with their families where little to no pet housing was previously available. Finish Line Youth Foundation Invites Applications for Youth Athletic Programs and Camps

The Finish Line Youth Foundation, the charitable arm of athletic products retailer Finish Line, provides funding to youth athletic programs and sports-based camps, especially those serving disadvantaged children and those with special needs.
