A Path Appears: Engagement & Education Toolkit

From the team behind Half the Sky, A Path Appears uncovers the harshest forms of gender-based oppression and human rights violations, and solutions being implemented to combat them. The show airs on PBS on January 26, 2015 at 10 pm and additional times scheduled in February. The corresponding toolkit provides schools and community organizations with resources to support critical thinking and dialogue on the issues addressed in the film and includes discussion guides, lesson plans, a salon guide, and short-format video content. Whether hosting an intimate salon-style screening or leading classroom activities and discussions, these resources will inspire action and help spotlight local agents of change.
