HUD's Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) was published on August 22nd, 2016 and the application for funding is due on 11/30/2016. Yesterday, MANY and the National Network for Youth hosted a webinar to assist communities & sharpen their ability to effectively respond to HUD’s Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA). This webinar briefly reviewed key elements of the NOFA, the impact this NOFA could have on your community’s response to preventing and ending youth homelessness, and essential elements (such as youth participation and partnership with youth-serving organizations) that will help to create a competitive application.
